Return Policy

All Sales are final.

Due to the nature of the products and cost of shipping, cleaning, restocking etc we wont accept returns or refunds.

Lost and Stolen packages: All products are shipped USPS with tracking AND Insurance. As a customer you are responsible of providing a correct mailing address. Once shipped the package is GPS tracked to its location. Any problems must be brought up to the post office.

( I don't own or control the postal service. )

Once the package arrives at your location, and has been marked so, Aho Pins is no longer responsible for the package as it has reached the location you the customer requested it to be delivered to.

All Products are inspected before shipment

We cant be held accountable once products leave our business. Any acts of God/Nature, shipping issues due to the carrier or client providing wrong shipping info with their orders. In very rare instances any Damaged goods ( with photo ) will be accounted for, and we can either provide a slight discount on your next order or a replacement. All our products are produced in small quantities.

Preorders and Restocks

Preorders: Depending when you order it will take roughly 15-25+ to get the products. Production takes anywhere from 15-25 days + shipping to get to me and then shipping to get to you.

Generally, when preorders are open is mainly to help fund the new project + insure you get yours. Pins ordered are mainly only stocked 30 at a time with a max of roughly 2 Runs. So, if you wait, you might miss out. And if something doesn't get funding at all the design will be pushed aside or never made at all. ( can't make pins no one wants)

Restocks: Depending on the cycle I will sometimes restock certain pins. I will open up restock preorders for them as well. If you are on a listing that has Both the item in stock and a restock. ordering the restock means obviously you will be waiting for it. So Don't order a restock if the item is in stock and you want it!

Preorders in order: If you have a Preorder in your order, The entire order will be held till the preorder comes in.
